Want to become a member of Kinjin?

You can show your interest in becoming a member by:

• Visiting us at one of our activities and asking to become a member, or
• filling in the contact form with your request, or
• sending an email to info@kinjin.nl, stating your intention to join us.

We ask for a contribution fee from all members. With these funds we can e.g. provide food and drinks during activities, improve the association room, create promotional material, or hire professionals outside of our association to host workshops!

In the table below you can see the prices for students and non-students. If you are new to our association and you are a student, you can join us for half the price of a normal student member fee. Should you decide to join us within the latter half of the year, there is of course also a reduced fee. You can join at any point in the year, the dates are simply indications for what we consider a half-year.

In the case that you should want to join Kinjin during August, there will be no fee charged, as we generally do not offer any regularly scheduled activities during the summer break. This does not exclude you from being a "new" student member, and you'll still only be asked for half the usual student member fee!

For some large events (like our yearly Izakaya) we may ask for additional contributions from participating members in order to pay for anything that falls outside of the budget.
