We are Kinjin, Eindhoven's student association for Japanese culture.
Our association is a place for people with a shared interest in any aspects of Japanese (pop) culture.
We offer a wide variety of activities such as Karaoke nights, Japanese board game evenings, anime and movie screenings, manga and visual novel reading clubs, calligraphy workshops, a study group for learning Japanese, playing fighting games, making cosplays, planning trips to Japan, Danmaku
... with all of these spread throughout our event agenda from Monday through Friday from 19:00 to 22:00.
You can also discover our various different committees on the Jins page!
We're located in the basement of the Luna building on the TU/e campus. If you're having trouble finding it with the instructions, don't hesitate to ask people around you, since a lot of other Scala associations have their rooms in the same basement!
- From the Spar, walk into the Luna building and keep going straight ahead until you almost walk out of the building again
- Between the set of two doors, you will see another door on your right side that leads into the Luna basement. If you're instead coming from Neuron, this door will be on your left.
- Ring the doorbell – someone will open the door for you!
- After going downstairs, the room diagonally to the left of you is our association room! You'll also see Haru's face peeking out from the door (•̀ ω •́ )
