The National Videogame Museum in Zoetermeer is actually the largest arcade of the Benelux (without ticket-redemption games) and is probably  the closest you will ever get to a Japanese arcade without going to Japan! It hosts games ranging from fighting games, racing games, music games, old games and a lot of Japanese import no place else has.
Interesting Japanese games are: Chunithm, Maimai, Beatmania 2DX, DDR, popnmusic, Final Fantasy Thearythm, Dance Rush, Hatsune Miku Project Diva, Bishi Bashi Channel, Nostalgia, Jubeat, Groovecoaster, Soundvoltex, Taiko, initial D, Midnight Maximum Tune, Pokemon Pokken Tournament, Street Fighter, Tekken and many more.
Most of these games have online functionality with japanese e-amuse/IC cards, which are also sold at the front desk.
