[Anijin] 1st eps added to log, open culture week next week

I've added the list of "watched" anime from the winter 1st eps evening 
to the Anijin log (I guess that first anime with the girl spending all 
her skillpoints on "VIT" put people in a weird mood, resulting in them 
spending at least half their skillpoints on "ragequit voting"?!?) and
updated the Anijin planning (https://anime-nl.net/anijin-plan.html) for 
open culture week anime movie next week (at Luna 1.240 instead of Kinjin 
room to avoid overcrowding) .


(PS: Weathering with you _won't_ be on the OCW anime movies pick list, 
since Kinjin is running it @ De Zwarte Doos march 30-31st and april 1st 
(USE) (Japanese with English subs) and Pathe/Vue are running it from 
january 31st (Japanese with Dutch subs) .   Natlab is also running it 
from january 30th, but has it listed as Dutch subs, but also tagged as 
English subs!?!  Maybe Dutch in afternoon and English in evening?)
