First Episodes Night Summer 2021

When: tomorrow, wednesday july 14th, setup/registration at the
door/trailer reel starting from 18:30h, actual episodes start 19:00h.

Where: likely Luna 1.056 (still waiting for confirmation).

series list: https://anime-nl.net/anijin-1st.html
and the page that will be used on the evening:
https://anime-nl.net/1st/now/1st_eps-genre.html
(for those not familiar with pre-covid 1st eps nights, with the
checkmarks at the top, I can semi-filter on categories and I can
mouse-over a title to bring up the title's description upon request;
clicking one of those images on my laptop starts that episode)

* registration at the door is mandatory because of covid-19 rules
(assuming Kinjin already knows your e-mail/phone number, noting down
first and last name is enough)
* when an episode has ended, call out which series should be watched
next (I'll scroll up and down to show the options).
* ragequit rules apply: if half+ of the viewers (excluding me) vote to
stop an episode, it's quit at that point.
* sequels/spinoffs are included at the bottom of the page, but because
of probably prior knowledge required/spoilers for those who didn't yet
watch the earlier series, not advised to be chosen.
* latest end time is about 23:00h, so I can still get home before
midnight.

stats:

Total series: 36, which is more than last year's 27 (though 10+ lower
than summer a few years back), but less than non-summer seasons.
12 sequels/spinoff probably requiring prior knowledge, leaving 24 of
which 3 start after the first episodes night without prior preview/sneak
peak, leaving
21 to choose from on the evening. Only 1 of those seems to be a short,
so 20 are full length episodes.

A bunch of isekai, 1 spinoff of a series last aired 10+ years ago, just
like the last few quarters have had such a late spinoff/reboot/remake...
Remarkably no super long series names (80+ chars) and other than one
sequel, no special characters in names this time.
Looks like the cut-"H" shorts have indeed stopped after running
quarterly for 2-3 years.

And as mentioned in the subject, Anijin tuesdays should restart in
september.
