Our name

The name Kinjin (金人) consists of the two characters: 金 (kin), meaning “gold” and 人 (jin), which is a suffix to the nationality. Thus a オ ラ ン ダ 人 (orandajin) a Dutch person (oranda = Holland). Kinjin is in Japanese so not a real word, but a fantasy word without meaning.
